Order Acceptance

• Stock Shortages: For non-custom items, we will notify you via email within 2 business days of order placement and issue a full refund to your original payment method (no additional fees).
• Pricing Errors: If a product is listed at an incorrect price due to website glitches, typographical errors, or system malfunctions, we reserve the right to cancel the order and notify you of the error. We will not honor incorrect prices unless explicitly stated in writing.
• Incomplete Delivery Information: If your shipping address is missing critical details (e.g., house number, postcode, apartment unit), we will contact you via email/phone to confirm. If we do not receive a response within 5 business days, we may cancel the order to avoid delivery delays.
• Suspected Fraudulent Activity: We may cancel orders if we detect suspicious activity (e.g., invalid payment details, multiple orders with the same address using different payment methods, or orders shipping to high-risk locations). We will notify you of cancellation and provide details (where possible) to resolve the issue.

Payment Terms

• Accepted Methods: We accept major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, Apple Pay, and Klarna (buy now, pay later). Klarna is only available for orders over £30 GBP and allows split payments into 3 interest-free installments (no late fees if paid on time).
• Payment Security: All payments are processed through PCI DSS-compliant payment gateways to ensure your financial data is protected. We never store full credit card numbers, CVV codes, or bank account details on our servers.
• Deposits for Custom Items: For personalized products (e.g., engraved Skateboard decks, custom-printed Discs), a 30% non-refundable deposit is required at order placement to cover material costs. The remaining 70% is due before shipping (we will notify you via email when payment is required). If you cancel a custom order after production has started, the deposit will not be refunded.
• Payment Processing Times: Credit card/PayPal/Apple Pay payments are processed immediately upon order placement. Klarna payments are subject to approval by Klarna’s credit check (approval is not guaranteed, and Klarna’s terms and conditions apply).
