Shipping Destinations
We ship exclusively to United Kingdom addresses (covering England, Scotland, Wales, Northern Ireland, and Isle of Man). International shipping is not available at this time—this decision is based on two key factors:
- Sports Goods Logistics: Skateboards (our largest product) require reinforced packaging to avoid deck/wheel damage, and international shipping costs for such items would be prohibitive for most customers.
- Safety Compliance: All our products (e.g., kid-friendly Discs, Ball Sets) meet UK safety standards (EN 71 for toys, BS EN 13157 for sports equipment). International shipments may face customs delays or fail to meet local safety regulations.
For remote UK areas (e.g., Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland rural regions, Isle of Man), an additional £8 GBP fee applies to Skateboard shipments. This fee covers extended courier routes and ensures careful handling of large items, and is automatically added at checkout when a remote address is entered.
Key Timeline Notes:
- Standard Shipping:
- UK Mainland (Major Cities: London, Birmingham, Manchester): 2–3 business days (delivered via Royal Mail or DPD).
- UK Remote (Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland): 4–5 business days (extended due to regional transit routes).
- Isle of Man: 5–7 business days (requires ferry transit, leading to slight delays).
- Expedited Shipping:
- Available for all items in UK Mainland (excludes remote areas and Isle of Man).
- Delivery timeline: 1–2 business days (priority processing, with morning delivery for orders placed before 10 AM GMT).
- Holiday Delays: Allow an extra 2–3 business days during peak periods (e.g., Christmas, Black Friday, Easter). We recommend placing orders for time-sensitive items (e.g., Ball Sets for a kids’ party) at least 5 business days in advance.
Order Processing Time
- Standard Items (Discs, Ball Sets): Processed within 1 business day of order placement (excluding weekends and UK public holidays: Christmas Day, New Year’s Day, Bank Holidays).
- Skateboards: Require an extra 1 business day for pre-shipment checks (e.g., verifying deck integrity, ensuring wheels/trucks are securely packaged, including assembly tools) to prevent damage during transit.
- Urgent Requests: If you need an item quickly (e.g., a Skateboard for a competition, Discs for a team game), email mranthonypatrickshotton785@outlook.com with your order number and “Urgent Sports Gear” in the subject line. We will prioritize processing your order and notify you if expedited shipping is available.
Delivery Details
- Tracking: A unique tracking number is sent to your email within 24 hours of shipping. You can monitor delivery status via the carrier’s website (Royal Mail Track & Trace for standard shipping, DPD Track for expedited orders).
- Packaging Protection:
- Discs/Ball Sets: Packed in padded envelopes or rigid cardboard boxes to prevent bending (for Discs) or deflation (for Ball Sets)—Ball Sets include extra air valves for quick reinflation if needed.
- Skateboards: Wrapped in bubble wrap (2 layers) and placed in heavy-duty cardboard boxes with foam inserts around the deck edges and wheels—this minimizes impact damage during transit.
- Delivery Confirmation: Required for all Skateboard orders (value over £80 GBP) and optional for smaller items. If no one is available to sign:
- The carrier will leave a delivery notice with instructions to reschedule delivery or pick up the package from a local depot.
- Most carriers attempt redelivery once (next business day) before returning the package to us.
Delivery Issues & Claims
- Lost/Delayed Orders:
- First, check the tracking link—carriers often mark items as “in transit” even if delayed, or hold packages for address verification (e.g., missing house number, incorrect postcode).
- If your order is delayed beyond the estimated timeline (e.g., UK Mainland standard shipping takes more than 4 business days), email us with your order number and tracking ID.
- We will file a claim with the carrier and resolve the issue within 3 business days:
- For time-sensitive items (e.g., Skateboards for an event), we send a replacement at no cost.
- For non-urgent items (e.g., Discs), we offer a full refund or replacement—your choice.
- Damaged Items:
- Inspect packages immediately upon delivery—note damage on the carrier’s receipt (if possible) and take clear photos of the packaging and damaged item (e.g., cracked Skateboard deck, warped Disc, deflated Ball).
- Email us within 24 hours of delivery with:
- Your order number.
- Photos of the damage (packaging + item).
- A brief description of the issue (e.g., “Skateboard deck arrived with a 3cm crack”).
- We will send a replacement item free of charge (no need to return the damaged item—we prioritize getting your sports gear to you quickly) or issue a full refund if preferred.
- Incorrect Address: We are not liable for lost/delayed orders due to incorrect, incomplete, or outdated shipping addresses. Double-check your address at checkout—changes can only be made within 24 hours of order placement by emailing our support team. If an order is returned to us, you will be responsible for re-shipping costs (£1.99–£12.99 GBP, depending on the item).
